About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the guardian of day-to-day pre-sales processes, ensuring the team follows routines and operates correctly.
  • Be accountable for the team's results, ensuring most analysts meet performance targets.
  • Ensure team well-being and maintain team engagement.
  • Drive the team's continuous development by providing structured feedback, identifying individual needs, and implementing personalized action plans to develop both hard and soft skills.
  • Monitor key area metrics and ensure execution of pre-sales workflows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading SDRs or BDRs.
  • Experience with B2B and outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with pre-sales metrics and processes.
  • Relationship-oriented with a strong focus on people development.
  • Empathetic and able to communicate in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
