Responsibilities
Act as the guardian of day-to-day pre-sales processes, ensuring the team follows routines and operates correctly.
Be accountable for the team's results, ensuring most analysts meet performance targets.
Ensure team well-being and maintain team engagement.
Drive the team's continuous development by providing structured feedback, identifying individual needs, and implementing personalized action plans to develop both hard and soft skills.
Monitor key area metrics and ensure execution of pre-sales workflows.
Requirements
Previous experience leading SDRs or BDRs.
Experience with B2B and outbound sales.
Familiarity with pre-sales metrics and processes.
Relationship-oriented with a strong focus on people development.
Empathetic and able to communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
