Handle customer inquiries via designated channels (voice, email, or chat), following team priorities and guidelines.
Support the delivery of an excellent customer experience, treating everyone courteously and promoting the company's values.
Collect customer feedback, identify main pain points, and forward them to the continuous improvement team.
Accurately record required information in the company's CRM (HubSpot).
Perform lookups in customer support tools.
Thoroughly understand customer requests and coordinate with other areas of the company as needed to resolve issues.
Propose improvements to the team's processes.
