About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst developing client relationships and supporting API implementations for a HR solutions ecosystem. Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients;
  • Provide technical support to clients for API integrations and other technical products whenever there is a need for new implementations, questions, or troubleshooting;
  • Understand the company's system functionalities to propose tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Post-Sales, Support, Product, and Tech teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Comfortable navigating technical topics, especially systems and APIs;
  • Ability to work in a project-based model;
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems;
  • Consultative mindset;
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa.
