About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform commissioning of FläktGroup devices (FWU, CRAH, HVAC systems)
- Guide and supervise on-site commissioning engineers
- Conduct system pre-checks, functional and performance tests, including documentation of results
- Perform fault analysis and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control-system issues
- Collaborate with project management, manufacturing and logistics to ensure adherence to the project schedule
Requirements
- (Bachelor's) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 5 years' experience in commissioning systems in HVAC, data centers, or similar environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally
