About the role
- Market Research Associate managing market share data and client outreach for Fitch Ratings. Collaborate with marketing teams to support events and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update market share data on issuer ratings and coverage for international and national scales
- Create and manage fee letters, ensuring compliance with Fitch’s recordkeeping policies
- Manage banker and issuer outreach by maintaining accurate contact databases and deal sheets
- Ensure Salesforce data integrity by updating contacts and meeting notes promptly
- Prepare accurate and brand-compliant presentations and marketing materials for meetings and events
- Support e-marketing initiatives and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate and execute Fitch-hosted events and conferences, ensuring high participation and smooth operations
- Manage procurement processes, corporate gifts, and marketing collaterals in line with company guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, marketing support, or data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
