About the role

  • Operations/Compliance Associate managing daily compliance and operational procedures at CreditSights. Collaborating with senior staff to oversee compliance programs and enhance operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.
  • Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.
  • Document Management/Categorization.
  • Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.
  • Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Permission management of document and site access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
  • 2+ years of compliance and operational experience.
  • Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.
  • Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.
