Operations/Compliance Associate managing daily compliance and operational procedures at CreditSights. Collaborating with senior staff to oversee compliance programs and enhance operational processes.
Responsibilities
Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.
Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.
Document Management/Categorization.
Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.
Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
Permission management of document and site access.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
2+ years of compliance and operational experience.
Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.
Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.
