Responsibilities
Manage customer claims efficiently and professionally.
Own and manage your own caseload while supporting teammates when needed.
Ensure all claim files are accurately listed, audit-ready, and supported with all required documentation (created, collected, and recorded).
Work closely with bailiffs, police, and other external third parties.
Communicate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure fast and correct resolution of cases.
Handle claims coming from multiple sources, preferably within a banking or fintech environment.
Requirements
You have **one (1) year of experience in claims processing**.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong independent judgment, decision-making ability, and analytical skills.
Experience or strong interest in the legal field.
Proficient with **MS Office, Google Suite, and JIRA**.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Language competency: **English (essential)** plus one additional language (**French / Italian / German / Dutch**).
