- Balance technical thoroughness with billable efficiency

- Strong in AWS infrastructure (not just basic EC2 clicks)
- Understands SQL Server administration in production environments
- Can troubleshoot networking and firewall issues
- Is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
- Takes ownership and communicates clearly
- Knows when to say 'I don’t know — I’ll find out'
