About the role
- Staff Software Developer in Test leading AI-driven QA for Findem’s People Intelligence platform. Enhancing testing capabilities and supporting rapid scalability in talent acquisition and people analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support our QA team working on Findem’s products
- Use AI tools to help our engineering teams on testing coverage, automations across locations (U.S, Canada, India, etc…)
- Use AI tools to help QA handle more workloads/tasks concurrently without losing quality in our releases
- Test writings, executions and reporting
- Automating our manual test executions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or higher, preferably in Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in the QA / SDET discipline
- Knowledge of and experience using AI tools to help development and testing, such as: VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Claude, Cursor + Cody, et
- Experience using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Browser Development Tool, CI/CD (i.e Jenkins), Playwright/Selenium
