About the role
- Data Analyst at FINARTIX utilizing data analysis and reporting to improve clients’ delivery approach in Greece. Developing dashboards and acting as a technical consultant for various industries.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to assess data and client behavior, enabling data-driven decisions in strategy operations and decisions.
- Identify operational needs, optimizing processes, and contributing to decision-making through structured analysis and effective communication.
- Dashboard Creation & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to present key metrics (KPIs) and trends in a clear, actionable format, enabling stakeholders to monitor business performance effectively.
- Act as a technical consultant for the client.
- Support business as well as IT users with existing Reports.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with depth exposure in Automation & Scripting.
- Experience in utilizing SQL for automating data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data handling and reporting.
- Experience in utilizing Excel and multiple Excel operations.
- Good programming skills with a mindset of solving hard problems efficiently with creativity.
- Able to work independently and as part of a group.
- Communication & Time Management Skills.
- Analytical thinking & Problem-Solving Attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal.
