Responsibilities
help our participants achieve better financial outcomes by engaging with participants to identify solutions that will help them in their path to financial well-being
engaging with inactive and active 401(k) participants through inbound and outbound calls
assisting them with their retirement planning and service needs
use the Fidelity Relationship Model to address the participants stated needs and provide planning and advice on a wide range of topics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Financial Services experience required
FINRA Series 7 prior to hire and will obtain the Series 66 after hire
The ability to assist clients while successfully incorporating Fidelity’s planning, guidance and service technology with the financial planning knowledge and regulatory obligations imposed by the required licenses you hold
