About the role

  • Workplace Planning Consultant engaging participants to identify financial solutions for better outcomes at Fidelity. Facilitate retirement planning through calls to assist with 401(k) and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • help our participants achieve better financial outcomes by engaging with participants to identify solutions that will help them in their path to financial well-being
  • engaging with inactive and active 401(k) participants through inbound and outbound calls
  • assisting them with their retirement planning and service needs
  • use the Fidelity Relationship Model to address the participants stated needs and provide planning and advice on a wide range of topics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Financial Services experience required
  • FINRA Series 7 prior to hire and will obtain the Series 66 after hire
  • The ability to assist clients while successfully incorporating Fidelity’s planning, guidance and service technology with the financial planning knowledge and regulatory obligations imposed by the required licenses you hold
