- Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise
- Expertise in ArcPython, ArcGIS API for Python, and related libraries
- Proven ability to design workflows, automate processes, and establish SOPs
- Experience developing field survey tools (Survey123, Field Maps)
- Strong geodatabase design, spatial analysis, and data visualization skills
- Leadership experience with technical teams and client-facing projects
