About the role
- Directeur développement et exploitation des CNR responsible for managing operations and compliance at multiple sites in Pantin and Marcoussis. Leading strategic facility management and commercial development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the day-to-day operational management of the Marcoussis and Pantin sites
- Define priorities, organize and coordinate all activities
- Ensure continuity of operations and the quality of reception and services delivered
- Formalize, deploy and monitor internal procedures
- Act as the primary contact for institutional partners, local authorities, service providers and operators
- Implement structured reporting to senior management
- Define and lead the real estate master plan for both sites
- Oversee all Facilities Management activities
- Ensure the sustainability, compliance and enhancement of real estate assets
- Optimize operating costs
- Coordinate the actions of the Head of General Services
- Ensure ERP (public-access building) regulatory compliance for both sites
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, security and accessibility regulations
- Supervise regulatory inspections and the maintenance of safety registers
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate with the competent authorities
- Contribute to defining and steering the sites' overall commercial strategy
- Support the development of the CNR brand
- Recruit, onboard, train and support staff
Requirements
- Degree in real estate, management, operations, engineering or equivalent
- Significant experience of 7 to 10 years in site management or multi-site operations
- Proven expertise in Facilities Management and property/real estate management
- Strong knowledge of ERP regulations and security and compliance issues
- Experience managing profit centers
- Understanding of economic, operational and commercial dimensions
