- Ensuring quality, schedule and cost adherence as well as thorough documentation of construction progress.
- Close collaboration with project management and the technical team, particularly for implementing vertical or tracking systems.
- Conducting site-specific inspections, acceptance checks and handovers.
Requirements
- Degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture) or comparable qualification in construction.
- Several years of experience in site management/construction supervision, ideally in photovoltaics, energy projects or Agri‑PV.
- Confident use of building regulations, standards and contract frameworks (e.g., VOB).
- Organizational talent, a structured way of working, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Driving licence class B.
