Responsibilities
Manage large-scale, complex initiatives within our logistics, warehouse, and infrastructure operations.
Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects within logistics, warehouse operations, engineering, or infrastructure environments, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Design, implement, or optimize warehouse sortation systems, including conveyor systems, automated sorters, scanning systems, WMS/WCS integration, and related automation technologies.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, automation vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive project timelines proactively, identify potential risks and bottlenecks (especially within automation and system integration), and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
Establish structured reporting mechanisms and provide regular updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to senior leadership.
Perform impact assessments and evaluate operational throughput, capacity planning, financial implications, and resource requirements of sortation and infrastructure initiatives.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex operational and system integration challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7–9 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects in logistics, warehouse automation, engineering, infrastructure, or operations-driven environments.
Hands-on experience with warehouse sortation systems, including automated conveyors, cross-belt sorters, tilt-tray sorters, scanning technologies, and WMS/WCS system integration.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, throughput optimization, capacity modeling, and automation deployment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and structured progress reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leadership.
