About the role
- Analista Financeiro handling Contas a Pagar at FCJ Venture Builder. Focused on using Omie system and managing multiple financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Post entries, schedule and authorize payments in Omie.
- Receive requests via e-mail, validating documents, approvals and eligibility.
- Execute bank payments within agreed deadlines.
- Send payment confirmations to requesting departments.
- Monitor tax withholdings, due dates and remittances.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation in Omie.
- Ensure integrity and traceability of accounting entries.
- Monitor financial movements and intercompany loans between group companies.
- Prepare and update accounts payable reports and cash flow information for the CEO.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation closing.
- Verify the monthly Income Statement (P&L) closing.
- Send invoices, reconciliations and information to accounting within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience as a Mid-level Financial Analyst with a focus on Accounts Payable.
- Advanced proficiency in the OMIE system (entries, reconciliations, reports and payments).
- Previous experience in Financial BPO and/or Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Experience working with multiple CNPJ tax IDs and a high volume of transactions.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, monthly closings and Income Statement (P&L).
- Organized, detail-oriented and committed to meeting strict deadlines.
