About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the continuity and evolution of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring adherence to the defined roadmap
- Plan, monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies
- Serve as the focal point between business areas, internal IT, implementation partners and vendors
- Lead project governance rituals: executive status reports, steering committees, risk management, issues and change requests
- Ensure the application of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate or hybrid)
- Coordinate activities across functional, technical and data streams (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, Basis, integrations, master data, etc.)
- Oversee integrated testing (SIT), UAT, cutover and go-live
- Support the client in organizational change management, communications and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory compliance and SAP best practices
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP project management
- Proven experience in medium and large-scale SAP projects
- Solid knowledge of the SAP project lifecycle (Blueprint/Explore, Build, Test, Deploy and Run)
- Experience with SAP Activate (strong advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex environments
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience in project financial control (budget, forecast, hours, contracts)
- Intermediate to advanced English
