About the role

  • Product Manager driving product vision and execution for Frank, an e-commerce logistics platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and deliver business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Frank’s product vision in line with business objectives
  • Build the product roadmap (short / medium term) and prioritize initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities (new services, features, optimizations)
  • Deeply understand user needs (individual consumers, small businesses, sellers)
  • Conduct user interviews, journey analyses, tests, and feedback loops
  • Write PRDs / user stories / functional specs
  • Work daily with the tech teams (dev lead, internal/external developers)
  • Define and track product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, NPS, etc.)
  • Work closely with business, marketing, operations, and customer support
  • Serve as the internal product point of reference

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role)
  • Experience with B2C digital products or marketplaces (ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS)
  • Strong mastery of product methodologies (discovery, delivery, agile, OKRs)
  • Comfortable with data and product analytics tools
  • Fluent English is a must.
