About the role

  • Commercial Project Manager handling complex project management tasks in a renowned family business. Focusing on commercial control, risk management, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial steering and advisory role within the project team for the execution of complex contracts
  • Implementation of measures to mitigate contract risks
  • Coordination of contract-related activities and interfaces with involved departments (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Legal, customers and partner companies)
  • Execution of claim management
  • Preparation and analysis of contract-related reports

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable educational background
  • Several years of experience in order/contract execution (claim management, contract management, etc.) as well as in commercial project support or project controlling
  • Solid experience handling commercial matters (e.g., letter of credit transactions)
  • Experience with relevant IT systems (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
