Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of innovative sustainability strategies
- Establishment and management of sustainability targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Preparation and continuous development of sustainability reports in accordance with the CSRD
- CO2 accounting in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Preparation for and participation in sustainability ratings (e.g., EcoVadis)
- Internal and external communication on sustainability topics
- Preparation of the company’s first standalone sustainability report (2027) and participation in the ongoing development of sustainability objectives
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (environmental management/sustainability) or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sustainability is welcome but not mandatory
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, data management tools, and ERP systems
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, self-initiative, team orientation, and motivation to drive change
