About the role
- Electronics Constructor / Foreman in shipbuilding, leading teams and supporting construction processes. Responsible for electrical work, compliance testing, and documentations.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading external and internal production teams
- Supporting the design process, particularly in boatbuilding
- Carrying out electrical work and repairs on new builds and in boat construction
- Functional testing of systems/devices and corresponding documentation according to standardized protocols
- Working from circuit diagrams and wiring control cabinets
- Performing connection work according to wiring diagrams, cable pulling, and cable routing/installation
- Commissioning electrical systems and shipboard electrical installations
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician specializing in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in ship/boatbuilding desirable
- Solid user knowledge of CAD/engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
- Experience in leading teams
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
- Commitment, an independent and reliable working style, and strong communication and teamwork skills
