About the role

  • Supervising and leading external and internal production teams
  • Supporting the design process, particularly in boatbuilding
  • Carrying out electrical work and repairs on new builds and in boat construction
  • Functional testing of systems/devices and corresponding documentation according to standardized protocols
  • Working from circuit diagrams and wiring control cabinets
  • Performing connection work according to wiring diagrams, cable pulling, and cable routing/installation
  • Commissioning electrical systems and shipboard electrical installations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician specializing in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in ship/boatbuilding desirable
  • Solid user knowledge of CAD/engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
  • Commitment, an independent and reliable working style, and strong communication and teamwork skills
