Responsibilities

  • Managing mass tort clients and working with a team of attorneys on class action cases.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, making court appearances, and taking depositions.
  • Adapting quickly to evolving circumstances, working at a rapid pace, and collaborating in teams.
  • High-level judgment and decision making as well as analytical and legal reasoning.
  • Close attention to details and the ability to focus on technical tasks associated with litigation databases.

Requirements

  • NC Bar Licensure, with at least two years of experience.
  • Mass tort and class action experience is preferred.
