Responsibilities
Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads to policies
Conducting consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products, such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to support agency growth
Keeping up-to-date with product information and compliance standards
Utilizing CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies
Requirements
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence making outbound calls and closing sales
A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
