Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achievement of new business premium objectives through quoting, counseling, and binding policies
  • Evaluate and place risks with the appropriate appointed carriers
  • Maintain carrier contract production standards
  • Accepts, modifies, or rejects risks within set authority level
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex insurance related questions
  • Build personal skill set by participating in industry related courses

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years insurance sales experience required
  • P&C license required
  • Obtain and maintain resident and non-resident property and casualty license required
