About the role

• Senior Developer leading a team to create innovative software solutions for Pague Menos' health services. Involves modern technologies and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the development team, offering guidance, code reviews and mentorship;
• Design, create and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on security, scalability and maintainability;
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS;
• Perform data integration and modeling with SQL Server, including creating stored procedures and optimizing queries;
• Work with messaging systems (RabbitMQ) for orchestration and asynchronous communication between services;
• Use AWS services to host, monitor and scale applications (EC2, S3, RDS, among others);
• Apply best practices for version control with Git and manage repositories using Azure DevOps;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing technical estimates, backlog refinement and sprint reviews;
• Ensure code quality through automated tests and technical code reviews;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field;
• Preferred: postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture or relevant technical certifications;
• Strong experience in software development in corporate environments, preferably on system integration projects;
• Experience with agile development methodologies;
• Practical knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD practices.
