Responsibilities
An EPC Preconstruction Manager will be the leader of a cross functional team created to support a project from the inception of a pursuit.
The EPC Preconstruction Manager will work closely with the Project Executive and Project Manager for development of the Contract Agreements.
Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes teams to meet necessary project deliverables.
Supports Project Executive and Project Manager in the development of necessary Contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination.
Travel: 15-25%.
