About the role

  • Expansionsmanager actively contributing to site portfolio expansion in northern and eastern Germany. Evaluating real estate and collaborating with internal departments for project development.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the expansion of the site portfolio
  • Review and pre-screen incoming real estate offers
  • Assess suitability for the business model
  • Procure site information
  • Prepare project data sheets
  • Prepare and conduct internal coordination meetings
  • Support the development of potential sites
  • Oversee existing and new sites during project implementation
  • Serve as a point of contact for follow-up, coordination and communication
  • Assist with planning, organizing and dispatching sales-related materials and campaigns

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Initial experience in sales and/or project management
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
  • High willingness to travel nationwide
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong motivation and resilience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Good MS Office skills
