Responsibilities
From day one you will be a full member of the team and gain deep insights into a Legal Tech company at the intersection of law and innovation.
Telephone legal advice for commercial clients in the area of claims handling.
Support and independent management of litigation proceedings (from preparation to trial).
Focus areas: traffic law, general civil law and civil procedure.
Participation in the design and optimization of our digital processes in the area of legal enforcement.
Requirements
First State Examination with above-average grades.
Strong interest in the digitization of legal work processes (Legal Tech).
Motivation to gain courtroom experience and to advise clients directly.
You will be completing your clerkship (Referendariat) in the Free State of Saxony (district courts Leipzig or Chemnitz, Bautzen, Dresden) or in the State of Saxony-Anhalt (district courts Halle/Dessau) at the time of the station.
