Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end bid lifecycle for high-value strategic opportunities
  • Driving critical Bid/No Bid evaluations
  • Crafting high-quality, persuasive prose
  • Collaborating with senior subject matter experts and C-suite stakeholders
  • Optimising bid operations by identifying process improvements
  • Mentoring junior bid managers and co-ordinators
  • Facilitating milestone meetings and managing client interactions

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in managing large-scale, complex bids within the private or public sectors
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Natural relationship-builder
