Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within named financial services accounts.
Build and execute territory and account plans targeting senior stakeholders.
Drive new logo acquisition with a clear hunter mindset.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Run structured discovery to uncover pain points and translate them into proposals.
Orchestrate internal resources to shape winning solution architectures.
Navigate procurement, vendor risk assessments, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
Accurately forecast pipeline and report on progress against quota.
Maintain strong knowledge of AI security, cybersecurity, and financial-services regulatory landscape.
Represent the company at industry events as a credible thought partner.
Requirements
10+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales
7+ years selling into financial services
Proven hunter background with a consistent record of net-new logo acquisition
Over-achievement against >1M ARR or equivalent annual quota
Demonstrated success running and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong cybersecurity and/or AI experience
Deep familiarity with financial-services risk and regulatory themes
Hands-on experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, CROs, CDOs
Track record in early-stage or high-growth environments.
