Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities in the area of process control systems: You drive and oversee all sales activities for the introduction and expansion of our solution portfolio.
  • Individual proposal preparation: You identify customer needs, perform technical clarifications, define technical solution approaches together with project teams, and translate these into formal offers.
  • Account management: Through ongoing contact with technical and commercial decision-makers, you develop and maintain stable business relationships.
  • Contract negotiation and project support: You conduct contract negotiations and support projects from a sales perspective.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in an electrical engineering discipline such as automation, communications engineering, or IT
  • Desirable: practical experience and a solid process understanding in control and automation engineering
  • Negotiation-level German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Advantageous: experience with industry-specific system technologies (SIMATIC, HIMAX, WinCC OA, ZENON) or communication standards (PROFINET, OPC-UA, MQTT, BACnet)
