About the role
- Engineer managing HVAC and building energy projects for Ecotec GmbH. Overseeing project phases from conception to completion with a collaborative team approach.
Responsibilities
- Management of comprehensive building services projects in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems (HVAC and plumbing)
- Development of concepts and advising clients and building owners
- Preparation of detailed design proposals in collaboration with system planners
- Performing necessary calculations using engineering software
- Preparation of detailed execution plans and project tender documentation
- Support during the procurement and contract awarding process
- Opportunity to work in construction/site supervision
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or Building Energy Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master)
- Proficient with common CAD software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Plancal Nova
- Proficient in MS Office 365
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as AVA software (tendering/costing)
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor with clients and building owners
- Enjoys independent work and demonstrates creativity
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
