Requirements
- Engineering degree or a master’s degree with a specialization in methods, production, logistics, or continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Lean methods / continuous improvement is a plus
- Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Proactive and able to propose solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with operational teams
