About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customers and influence product improvements through feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams.
  • Track customer health metrics to strengthen relationships and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong track record of driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Clear and confident communication in German and English.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer conversations.
  • Highly analytical, able to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, understanding challenges and helping unlock long-term value.
  • Tech-savvy, with a background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar.
