About the role
- Senior SAP ABAP Developer creating innovative software solutions using modern technologies. Collaborating with clients and designing complex applications on S/4HANA and SAP technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- You will work on varied projects where you actively shape architecture, design, and implementation while using modern SAP technologies.
- You will develop complex applications based on S/4HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform, both in the cloud and on-premise.
- You will contribute your experience to the conception, integration, and optimization of solutions that drive our customers forward.
- You will use current technologies such as ABAP OO, ABAP CDS, the SAP RESTful Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements — and you will have the freedom to introduce new ideas.
- You will work directly with our customers, from understanding requirements through to the finished solution.
- You will not only implement but also help shape outcomes: your expertise will influence architecture, methodology, and project success.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in object-oriented software development and working with SAP systems
- Proficient in ABAP/ABAP OO; ideally experience across multiple SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO)
- Initial experience with SAPUI5, OData, Fiori Elements or strong interest in building skills in these areas
- Basic knowledge of ABAP CDS and data modeling is an advantage
- Agile mindset and very good German language skills (at least C1)
