About the role

  • Test Manager overseeing the planning and execution of test activities in Switzerland. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality and efficiency in technical projects using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, preparing and coordinating the operational execution of test activities (methods, scope, scheduling and data)
  • Contribute to the preparation and further development of test strategies and concepts, as well as release planning and quality assurance
  • Lead test activities together with the test leads of the business divisions
  • Coordinate and monitor test runs at group level, including issue/defect management, test tracking and reporting
  • Provide risk assessments for new releases or changes
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to track test progress, quality and scope
  • Provide regular status updates and, when necessary, escalate issues to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Service and Quality Management to align with the overall program schedule

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
  • Structured and methodical way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge in test planning, test management, test analysis and test automation
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA
  • Excellent German (C1) and good French skills, both written and spoken
