About the role
- IVVQ Engineer responsible for managing stakeholder integration and validation requirements for customer equipment. Involves extensive systems engineering activities and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning, development, execution, and reporting of Integration, System Integration Testing 1 (SIT1), and System Integration Testing 2 (SIT2) test activities.
- Supporting internal system validation and external customer acceptance across the development lifecycle.
- Developing and maintaining test specifications and descriptions aligned with system requirements.
- Executing functional and non-functional testing, including system performance, robustness, and end-to-end verification.
- Tracking and resolving defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Supporting customer Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and contributing to readiness of pre-production and production deployments.
- Reporting progress and test results to stakeholders and adapting test approaches as required.
- Ensuring traceability and coverage of system requirements throughout the test lifecycle.
- Working within UK government frameworks, supporting high-security system delivery.
