About the role

  • Scrum Master supporting a service team in an agile environment for digital transformation. Managing operations, facilitating stand-ups, and collaborating with stakeholders in Bern, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations in an agile service team
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and support daily coordination
  • Identify, prioritize and track impediments
  • Maintain and continuously improve Kanban boards and task pools
  • Organize peer coaching formats and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Contribute to incident and complaint management
  • Plan and coordinate on-site assignments and special tasks
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and adjacent teams

Requirements

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, team lead or team organizer, ideally in a support or service environment
  • Hands-on experience in impediment management and day-to-day operations
  • Experience organizing and handling incidents and complaints
  • Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
  • Confident user of Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
