Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product development
- At least 5-7 years specifically as a Product Owner in an agile environment
- Proven hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Direct hands-on experience working within a manufacturing company is advantageous
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications are highly desirable.
