About the role
- Head of Data Solutions leading the practice's growth and innovation at Expleo. Responsible for strategic direction and delivery of data services within the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Data Solutions Practice
- Drive growth, innovation, and delivery excellence across all data services
- Develop a high-level Strategy and Business Plan for the Data Practice
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Build and maintain visibility of the Data Solutions brand internally and externally
- Attract and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of data solutions
- Partner with Sales and Account Directors to grow revenue streams
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification desirable
- 15+ years’ experience in data, technology, or digital transformation
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or head-of-practice role
- Professional certifications in cloud or data leadership (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, etc.) advantageous
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across data architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including governance, security, analytics, and insight generation
- Deep commercial awareness and experience of margin management, service P&L ownership, and investment planning
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with credibility at C-suite level
