- Review and interpret construction drawings and submittals to identify and resolve potential field issues.

- Provide field oversight and support to project managers, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Maintain detailed field logs, photo documentation, and inspection reports for accurate project records.
- Ensure compliance with operational and security protocols, particularly in sensitive or active environments.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, contractors, and clients through regular meetings and reports.
- Monitor jobsite logistics, safety measures, and temporary protections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support financial management by verifying installed work for accurate contractor pay applications.
- Contribute to quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes to meet industry and project standards.
- Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and proposals for new work or project variations.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the management of large, complex, multi-package construction projects.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, Program Management certification preferred.
- Registration as Architect or Engineer is desirable, but not required.
