About the role

  • Client Services Representative handling inquiries in mortgage services. Focused on phone and email communication with strong emphasis on customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
  • Review email inquiries
  • Refer unresolved inquiries to designated department or supervisor for review
  • Identify, research and resolve inquiries
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate, or construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred
  • Experience with Cisco Finesse
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
