Responsibilities
Build, expand, and nurture senior-level relationships across multiple client functions
Serve as trusted advisor to client executives by understanding their priorities, challenges and strategic roadmap
Navigate complex client environments to expand access and connect EXL to key decision-makers
Own and execute the growth strategy for the account across Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, and Marketing services
Drive pipeline generation by securing new executive introductions and shaping strategic proposals
Manage core account KPIs including stakeholder penetration, qualified pipeline creation, and revenue outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design and deliver relevant client solutions
Bring industry insights, trends, and transformation perspectives to guide client strategies and influence priorities
Lead workshops and advisory sessions focused on AI-adoption, digital transformation, customer experience and operational optimization
Requirements
10+ years in the U.S. Telecommunications or Cable industry, or in a consulting/analytics firm serving large Telco clients
Deep understanding of Telco business models, customer lifecycle operations, digital transformation, and data/AI-driven strategies
Established network and relationships with senior leaders within major U.S. Telco organizations
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
