About the role

  • Technical Business Analyst working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions. Requires strong analytical skills and experience with API workflows in the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business users and product owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and walkthroughs.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows/BPMN diagrams, and Use Case Documents.
  • Maintain version control and structured documentation in Confluence.
  • Understand system architecture, API interactions, data flows, and integration points.

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • 3-4 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with API workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Insurance domain knowledge is good to have.
