About the role

  • Driving transformation and ensuring client satisfaction in global BPO operations. Managing client relationships and overseeing delivery performance in F&A domain.

  • Partner with client to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the client organization in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related activities.
  • Understand business management and client needs to position the right offerings to bring value.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls.
  • Manage process performance and service levels.
  • Work closely with Practice teams to deliver all Transformation projects.
  • Manage performance and talent pipeline within the team to meet business needs.
  • Support RFPs, client presentations as F&A domain expert for new pursuits

Requirements

  • 14–16 years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment/experience vary depending on the qualification
  • Should have led large client delivery/portfolio delivery in the F&A space 80-100 FTEs
  • Subject matter expert in the F&A domain – with expertise in RTR tower with a good level of understanding on PTP and OTC
  • Understanding of US Insurance market
  • Should have good exposure of latest tools and technologies on F&A towers (Oracle, Blackline, etc.)
  • Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Alteryx etc.
  • Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery
  • Ability to influence senior business stakeholders at the client end.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles and produce desired outcomes with limited direction - Strong commercial awareness and project management ability
  • Experience in change management.
