About the role

  • Pflegefachkraft providing individual care in a modern intensive care setting for up to six patients. Engaging in patient support and emergency management in Krumbach, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Provide out-of-hospital intensive care tailored to individual needs
  • Deliver basic and treatment nursing care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
  • Monitor ventilation and vital signs
  • Patient observation and emergency management
  • Support patients with activities of daily living
  • Communicate respectfully with patients, relatives and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed three-year nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse)
  • Empathy, sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Enjoy working independently while collaborating in a team
  • Experience in intensive care is desirable but not required
