About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining the internal quality management system
- Ensuring professional and auditable nursing documentation in accordance with the Structural Model (SIS)
- Implementing, applying and continuously optimizing documentation processes in Medifox
- Training, instructing and providing professional guidance to staff on Medifox and the SIS
- Planning and conducting internal training sessions
- Preparing for, supporting and following up on internal and external quality audits
- Creating, revising and maintaining standards, procedural instructions and forms
- Close collaboration with nursing management and facility management on quality-related issues
- Advising leadership on quality assurance and documentation practices
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a Quality Officer in nursing (m/f/d) or a relevant university degree (e.g., Nursing Management or Nursing Sciences) is desirable
- At least two years of professional experience in nursing
- Prior experience in outpatient intensive care
- Strong experience with Medifox
- Confident knowledge of the SIS and the Structural Model
