Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team tasks, assist in project management, handle customer inquiries, and prepare reports.
  • Daily update cashbook/cheque register
  • making ban payments
  • Responsible for assisting the manger in all day-to-day cash and banking procedures
  • Handle internal and external enquiries relating to payments
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties and projects assigned
  • Prepare year-end audit files and respond to external audit requests
