Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

Liaise with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Conduct feasibility analysis and impact assessments of proposed solutions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and coordinating testing activities.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues by working closely with technical teams.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
Document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Maintain clear and concise documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (with IT focus), or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and wireframing/prototyping software.
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to automated testing tools and techniques.
