Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (with IT focus), or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and wireframing/prototyping software.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to automated testing tools and techniques.
