About the role

  • Payroll Manager supporting various clients across diverse payroll and social issues. Work with an experienced team in a friendly and growing environment in France.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll payslips
  • Process social declarations (DSN)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, employment contracts, final settlements…)
  • Advise clients
  • Support clients in using their payroll tool (Silae)
  • Provide payroll technical support to teams and clients
  • Participate in system configurations and social updates
  • Work on social and HR advisory assignments (social audits, cost analysis, etc.) and monitor regulatory/social developments.

Requirements

  • Specialized payroll training (professional title, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a firm or in an environment covering multiple collective bargaining agreements
  • Strong knowledge of Silae software
  • Organized, meticulous and adaptable
  • Customer-service oriented with a team spirit
